Abstract:
Soft open point(SOP)can control the power flow, provide reactive compensation, improve the distribution voltage and reduce network loss. Therefore,in view of the problem of power quality decline after large-scale access to the distribution network of renewable energy, the K-means algorithm is used to construct a typical wind-optic scenario, and an optimal operation model of active distribution network with high permeability distributed power supply based on intelligent soft switch and switching capacitor is established. The model aims at the minimum voltage deviation, the minimum loss of the system network and the lowest operating cost of the system. The energy utilization rate and the system operation stability are considered comprehensively. Finally, the multi-objective optimization algorithm(NSGA-Ⅲ)based on the non-dominant ranking method of reference point is used to solve the solution and output Pareto optimal solution set. The improved IEEE 33 node system is used to obtain the model validation of effectiveness.
