基于多主站协调控制的光伏电站一次调频应用研究

Application & Research on Primary Frequency Modulation of Photovoltaic Power Station Based on Multi-Master Coordinated Control

  • 摘要: 针对光伏电站一次调频与自动发电控制(AGC)存在不协调、相互干扰的问题,提出了一种能够在光伏电站应用的多主站协调控制方法,通过一次调频测控系统与AGC系统协调实现2个控制主站对光伏电站逆变器的功率控制。通过在光伏电站改造应用,完成了改造后的各项频率扰动试验和协调性试验。试验研究表明改造后光伏电站能够参与系统一次调频,并且多项指标能够超过常规的火电和水电的调节性能。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the incoordination and mutual interference between primary frequency modulation and automatic generation control(AGC)of photovoltaic power station,a coordinated control method of multi-master stations is proposed,which could be applied in photovoltaic power station. The power control of photovoltaic power station inverter for two master stations is realized through the coordination of primary frequency modulation measurement and control system and AGC system. Through the modification application in the photovoltaic power station,the frequency disturbance test and the coordination test are completed. Experimental study shows that the retrofitted photovoltaic power station can participate in the primary frequency modulation of the system,and it’s indicators can exceed the regulation performance of conventional thermal and hydroelectric power station.
