Research on Equal Potential Mode of Live Working on ±800 kV Transmission Lines Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

  • 摘要: 为提高±800 kV输电线路带电作业进入等电位方式的安全性,综合考虑影响进入路径优化的主要因素,建立了基于模糊层次分析法的路径优化分析模型,选取指标中最优的和最常用的几种进入路径方式进行权重计算,然后结合计算结果对进入路径的不同方案进行综合评估,得出45°吊篮法进入等电位方式是综合评估最优的路径方案。所提评价方法能为±800 kV特高压带电作业安全防护提供数据参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the safety of entering the equal potential mode of live work on ±800 k V transmission lines,this paper establishes a path optimization analysis model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)by comprehensively considering the main factors affecting the optimization of entering path,and selects the best and several commonly used methods for entering equal potential mode to calculate their weights. Combined with the calculations,the different methods are comprehensively evaluated. It is concluded that hanging basket of 45 degrees is the optimal path of entering the equal potential mode,providing data reference for the safety protection of ±800 kV UHV live working.
