Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of poor distribution network vulnerability,unbalanced supply and demand,increased operation and maintenance costs resulted from insufficient control capacity of distribution network when large-scale distributed power sources are connected to the grid,a two-tiered collaborative optimization model is proposed considering energy storage configuration and operation coupling.The top tier considers the energy storage system configuration cost,network operation loss cost and main network purchase cost,and explores the optimal configuration scheme of energy storage. The bottom tier perceives the improvement potential of power grid operation with the goal of optimizing the comprehensive vulnerability of power grid,modifies the upper energy storage configuration scheme and formulates the energy storage energy management strategy. Chaos theory and dynamic inertia weight strategy are introduced to optimize the algorithm performance,the improved chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization model. The example analysis shows that the proposed energy storage configuration scheme and operation optimization strategy effectively reduce the vulnerability of power grid operation and improve the operation level of distribution network.
