Abstract:
Our country’s land space planning requires the power sector to carry out spatial layout planning. Firstly, fractal theory is applied to describe the topology of distribution network structures, corresponding fractal dimension definitions and calculation methods are provided as well. Secondly,on the basis of proposing an evaluation method that only considers the topological characteristics of urban distribution network, comprehensively considering its load characteristics to weight the fractal dimension index, the consistency between the geographical space of urban distribution network and the grid layout is evaluated from two perspectives of space utilization degree and central agglomeration degree. Finally, taking the actual grid in certain area as an example, the defined quantitative indicators are applied to evaluate the consistency between geographical space and grid layout of urban distribution network in this area, and then a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the actual grid in several areas is carried out to verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
