Abstract:
It is important to determine the optimal black-start scheme to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. A novel black-start evaluation method is proposed based on genetic algorithm and scoring consistency. Firstly,the common similarity methods such as cosine similarity,Pearson correlation coefficient and mean square deviation similarity are compared,and the best similarity method is obtained. Then,the weights of indexes are assumed to be a set of n variables,and the assessment vector of black-start schemes is calculated. The representative black-start decision making methods are selected,and the consistencies between representative methods and the proposed method are calculated by the optimal similarity method. A black-start evaluation method total similarity maximum fitness function is constructed,the optimal index weights are determined by genetic algorithm. Finally,the effectiveness of proposed method is verified in real black-start data set.
