Abstract:
In order to improve the low-carbon economy and energy utilization rate of new power system with new energy as the main body,a low-carbon economic dispatch model for wind-solar thermal storage power generation system is proposed considering the uncertainty of source and load. Carbon transaction costs is introduced into traditional economic dispatch to refine carbon emission sources. Random chance constraints is used to deal with uncertainties on both sides of the source and load. The volatility and consumption rate of clean energy is improved based on the resource endowment on the power supply side. The IEEE30-bus system is used to analyze an example, and the model is solved by stochastic simulation particle swarm algorithm. The results prove that the proposed scheduling model can reduce carbon emissions, improve the economic operation of the system and promote the consumption of new energy.
