Thermal Stability Monitoring of Conductor and Dynamic Line Rating Considering Effects of Multiple Parameters

  • 摘要: 动态增容技术是解决输电通道受阻的重要技术手段,而导线热稳定性是限制动态增容技术发展的关键。以LGJ400/35型钢芯铝绞线为例,采用有限元法分析了不同负荷时导线温度分布规律,设计了一种基于无线传感技术的导线温度感知系统,最后搭建了导线温度测试平台,得到了导线温度随负荷变化的规律,以及风速对导线温度的影响。研究发现,当导线电流不变时,风速从0 mm/s上升到2 m/s,导线温度最大可降低18.1℃,为输电线路动态增容技术提供了有价值的参考。

     

    Abstract: Dynamic line rating is an important technical means to solve the problem of transmission section congestion,and the thermal stability of conductor is the key to restrict the development of the dynamic line rating technology. The paper uses finite element method to analyze the temperature distribution law of LGJ400/35 aluminum conductor steel reinforced under different loads,designs a wire temperature sensing system based on wireless sensor technology,establishes a wire temperature test platform,obtaining the change law with the load of the wire temperature and the influence of wind speed on the wire temperature. The research shows that when the conductor current is constant,the wind speed rises from 0 mm/s to 2 m/s and the maximum reduction in the conductor temperature is18.1 ℃.
