预制舱变电站综合保护系统的设计与研究

Design and Research of Integrated Protection System for Prefabricated Cabin Substation

  • 摘要: 针对预制舱变电站无法利用有效信息扩展二次系统功能的问题,利用预制舱变电站信息集中的优势,提出一种面向二次功能扩展、具有集中式保护优势的预制舱综合保护系统;提出基于低重要等级线路的变压器过负荷保护新策略、考虑综合负荷重要度与频率调节特性的低频减载策略。系统能够优化预制舱变电站的保护配置,改善常规保护的实现方式和保护性能。通过Pscad/Emtdc仿真软件搭建110 kV预制舱变电站仿真平台,仿真分析结果验证了所提方案的有效性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the problem that the prefabricated substation can not extend the secondary system function with effective information,a prefabricated cabin comprehensive protection system for secondary function expansion and centralized protection is proposed based on the advantage of information centralization of prefabricated cabin substation. A new strategy of transformer overload protection is proposed based on low importance lines and low-frequency load shedding strategy considering the importance of load and frequency regulation characteristics. The proposed system can optimize the protection configuration of prefabricated substation,and improve the implementation and performance of conventional protection. Based on PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software,a 110 k V prefabricated substation simulation platform is built. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the prefabricated substation integrated protection system.
