Abstract:
A large amount of carbon dioxide is produced during the operation of combined heating and power(CHP),the operation mode of "ordering power by heat" will result in wind curtailment. An optimal scheduling scheme of virtual power plant containing P2G-CCS considering wind power consumption is proposed. Firstly,the coupling model of power to gas and carbon capture system(P2G-CCS) is introduced into virtual power plant(VPP),and let it form a cycle with the energy flow of CHP,CO2 is used as the fuel source of CHP. Secondly,ground source heat pump(GSHP)is added to VPP to operate cooperatively with P2G-CCS to realize thermoelectric decoupling of CHP and promote wind power consumption. Finally,the integrated demand response of electricity and gas is introduced into the load side to further promote wind power consumption. Taking VPP in a region of North China as an example,the analysis results show that the proposed scheme can effectively promote the consumption of wind power,and the carbon emission and operation cost are also lower at the same time.
