Abstract:
Distributed renewable energy, represented by wind and photovoltaic, has gradually participated in the transactions of electric market. A short-term decision-making model for electricity retailer is proposed. Firstly, the model of distributed renewable energy market and bilevel stochastic programming is formulated. Then, the model is transformed into an equivalent single level mixed-integer linear model. On this basis, the electricity price in day-ahead market and real-time market, the distributed renewable energy production, the electricity demand and the randomness of the quotation between the electricity retailer and other load service providers are considered. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified by example analysis.
