Abstract:
In order to ensure the economical and reliable operation of the system, the influence of source-load uncertainty and variable condition characteristics of energy coupling equipment on the system operation is considered. Firstly, based on the principle of energy cascade utilization, the load is divided by grade, and the RIES architecture including wind power, gas turbine,power-to-gas(P2G)and a variety of energy coupling equipment is established. Secondly, through the establishment of a dynamic energy hub(DEH)model, the impact of equipment variable operating conditions on the energy coupling of the system is reflected from both sides of energy supply and demand. At the same time, aiming at the minimum system dispatch cost and the minimum carbon emission, the deterministic system constraints are converted into fuzzy chance constraints. RIES model is constructed considering the uncertainty of source load and the characteristics of equipment under variable working conditions. Finally, the CPLEX solver is used to solve the model. The results show that the model can effectively describe the uncertainty risk of the system, promote the consumption of wind power and improve the economy and low-carbon of the system.
