触头磁场类型对双断口真空断路器容性关合性能影响研究
摘要
为提高真空断路器(vacuum circuit breaker,VCB)投切无功补偿电容器组性能,通过实验研究了纵向磁场(axial magnetic field,AMF)与横向磁场(transverse magnetic field,TMF)触头对双断口真空断路器容性关合过程性能的影响。研究结果表明,横磁触头可显著改善预击穿特性:50%预击穿开距及分散性降低约50%,燃弧时间缩短37%,真空灭弧室(vacuum interrupter,VI)电压分配更均衡(比例由7∶3改善至6∶4),触头烧蚀更轻。本文研究可为电容器组投切用双断口真空断路器结构设计及性能优化提供理论依据。
Abstract
To improve the performance of vacuum circuit breakers(VCBs)in switching capacitor banks
this study investigates the influence of axial magnetic field(AMF)and transverse magnetic field(TMF)contacts on the capacitive switching performance of double-break VCBs through experiments.Experimental results show that transverse magnetic contacts significantly enhance pre-breakdown characteristics:the 50% pre-breakdown gap distance and its dispersion decrease by approximately 50%
the arcing time shortens by 37%
and a more uniform voltage distribution across the breaking units is achieved(the voltage ratio improves from 7∶3 to 6∶4)
with noticeably reduced contact erosion.These findings provide theoretical guidance for the structural design and performance optimization of double-break vacuum circuit breakers used in capacitor bank switching applications.
