As large-scale new energy stations rapidly develop and expand
the traditional power control systems
with their single-tier communication architecture and control strategies
are proving inadequate for the demanding frequency regulation and voltage control requirements of these stations. To address these problems
this study proposes a novel communication architecture based on (generic object oriented substation event
GOOSE) technology. The architecture comprises four layers-the cluster control system layer
station master layer
station slave layer
and station single machine layer-and operates across three networks corresponding to these layers. The principles and components of both the hardware and software within this architecture are elaborated upon.Additionally
the study briefly introduces the logic behind the wind-solar-storage coordinated control software. The efficacy of this approach is tested at a photovoltaic station
focusing on the integration and power testing of a new master-slave configuration active support device. The results demonstrate that the master-slave configuration at the station level can provide rapid and effective control support for both frequency and voltage
