摘要

“十四五”期间广西受入乌东德直流后，将出现阶段性电力盈余；与广西相邻的云贵粤3省电力盈亏不均，各有特点。为促进能源资源在南方电网大范围内优化配置，促进清洁能源的充分消纳，基于广西区位优势，结合目前电力体制改革相关政策，分析广西与云贵粤可能的互济模式，研究相关互济的电价可行性，遵循送端、受端效益合理分配的原则，提出相应的效益分配机制。

Abstract

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period，Guangxi will have a surplus of electricity after receiving the electricity from Udongde；Yunnan

Guizhou and Guangdong which are adjacent to Guangxi have their own characteristics. In order to promote the optimal allocation of energy resources in the Southern Power Grid and fully absorb clean energy，take advantage of Guangxi’s location and combine with the relevant policies of the current electric power system reform

the possible trading model is analyzed

the feasibility of the trading electricity price is studied and a benefit distribution mechanism is given

followed the principle that the sending and receiving ends both have a reasonable benefits.
