摘要

电费回收是电网营销领域的重点工作。通过对电费回收风险的产生原因及具体情况进行深入分析，结合对供电企业电费回收相关业务的分析，将电费回收风险评估分为客户信用、用电趋势、行业景气信息和突发事件4个维度，采用逻辑回归算法构建电费风险防控模型。基于模型预测结果，针对高压大客户，制定风险防控流程。

Abstract

The collecting of electricity fee is a key task in the field of power grid marketing. An in - depth analysis of the causes and specific conditions of the electric charge risk is conducted

which combines with the analysis of the electric charge related business of the power supply enterprise.The risk assessment of electric charge is divided into 4 aspects：customer credit

power consumption trend

industry prosperity information and emergencies. Besides

the logistic regression algorithm is used to construct the electricity fee risk prevention and control model

and based on the prediction results of the model

a risk prevention and control process is developed for high-voltage large customers.
