摘要

在梳理当前业扩报装流程的基础上，提出业扩报装“智能配表”新模式，利用现场勘查中的“电能表方案”形成检索配表任务，打破了原有的电能表配表被动检索，来回调度流程耗时长、效率低的现状，实现业扩报装配表由“事后管控”向“事中管控”的转变，实现业扩工程提速提质。

Abstract

On the basis of combing the current business expansion process

the new model o“f intelligent distribution electric energy meter”in power business expansion is proposed

the“energy meter program”in site investigation is used to form the task of searching and distributing

the situation of original passive retrieval of the power meter matching including situation of scheduling the process of long time and low efficiency is broken

the transformation of distribution electric energy meter in power business expansion from“post control”to“control in the event”is realized

and the industrial expansion projects are upgrated and speed up.
