摘要

贵州电力交易中心对贵州省电力交易市场主体信用评级模型建设现状进行调研和分析，以售电企业和电力大用户为例，详细描述采用德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合的方式构建电力市场主体信用评级模型的具体方法、实施过程，分析其建设结果并提出相关建议等。

Abstract

Guizhou Power Trading Center conducted a survey and analysis of the current status of the construction of the credit rating model of the power trading market in Guizhou Province. Taking the electricity sales enterprises and large electric power users as examples

the specific method and implementation process of constructing the credit rating model of the main body of the electricity market by using the combination of Delphi method and AHP are described in detail

and the construction results are analyzed and relevant suggestions are put forward.
