着环境污染和能源紧缺的现象日益严重，世界各地越来越重视清洁能源的发展，尤其风电、光电、水电发展近几年来十分迅速。主要从清洁能源发电技术特点和国内外市场发展现状 2个角度，研究国内外清洁能源发展动态，分别对风能发电、太阳能发电、水力发电 3种类别的清洁能源发电进行总结与分析。
