针对内置式永磁同步电机(interior permanent magnet synchronous motor
IPMSM)在采用传统滑模控制中存在转速误差收敛速度慢及抖振严重的问题
提出一种新型二阶超螺旋观测器(novel second-order super-twisting observer
NSTO)与无模型非奇异终端滑模控制(model-free non-singular terminal sliding mode control
MFNTSMC)相结合的IPMSM控制方法。首先
建立包含未知参数和负载扰动的IPMSM数学模型
并设计一种无模型非奇异终端滑模控制。基于超局部模型
设计转速与电流的双闭环控制
实现系统状态误差的全局快速收敛。为进一步改善速度跟踪性能
设计新型二阶超螺旋滑模扰动观测器实时观测系统扰动
进行扰动补偿。仿真实验结果表明
相较于传统方法
该方法在抑制抖振、提高收敛速度及鲁棒性方面具有明显优势。
Aiming at the problems of slow convergence of speed error and serious vibration in the traditional sliding mode control of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM)
a IPMSM control method combining a novel second-order super-twisting observer(NSTO) with a model-free non-singular terminal sliding mode control (MFNTSMC) algorithm is proposed. First
a mathematical model of IPMSM containing unknown parameters and load disturbances is established
and an MFNTSMC algorithm is designed. Then
based on the hyper-local model
a dual closed-loop MFNTSMC structure is developed to achieve global fast convergence of the system state errors. To further improve speed tracking performance
a novel second-order super-twisting sliding mode disturbance observer is designed to observe system disturbances in real time for disturbance compensation. Finally
simulation and experimental results demonstrate that compared with traditional methods
the proposed approach offers significant advantages in suppressing vibration
improving convergence speed and robustness.
