135MW等级汽轮机不同高背压供热改造技术分析
摘要
山东区域电网有9台135MW等级的纯凝、抽凝机组进行了高背压供热技术改造
目前出现4种改造方案
列举了4种改造方案的技术特征与改造内容。由改造后的汽轮机热力性能试验
得到机组高背压供热运行的经济指标
并对主要性能指标进行了分析。对低压缸通流部分进行重新优化的机组
改造后的低压缸效率最高。由于受热负荷、循环水流量以及改造方案影响
有4台机组在供热期内不能停止采暖抽汽运行
导致机组带电负荷能力下降
机组供热期试验热耗率上升。
Abstract
There are nine 135MW grade pure condens-ing units and extraction-condensing units with high back pressure heating in the Shandong regional power grid.There are four types of retrofit schemes.In this paper
the characteristics and modification of four kinds of retrofit schemes listed.Through thermal performance test
the eco-nomic indexes after reformed are obtained and analyzed.For the unit reconstructed its LP cylinder current
its modi-fied LP cylinder efficiency is the highest.Because of influ-ence of heat load
circulating water flow and retrofit schemes
four units can not operate without extraction flow during heating period
resulting in lower power capability and higher heat consumption rate.
