摘要

某电厂#2机组系300MW亚临界机组，锅炉采用单炉膛四角切圆燃烧方式，配仓储制钢球磨制粉系统，大修期间对A/B/C三台磨对应的粗粉分离器进行了改造，将原有的双轴向粗粉分离器改为动态分离器。改造之后，粉煤的细度以及均匀性得到了较大改善，有利于煤粉的着火与燃烧。

Abstract

NO.2 unit of one power plant is a 300 MW subcritical unit.The boiler adopts the single-furnace、tangential circle combustion method and the storage steel mill system. During the overhaul period

the coarse powder separators corresponding to the A/B/C mills have been reconstructed.changed from The original dual-axis coarse powder separator to dynamic separator. After the transformation

the fineness and uniformity of pulverized coal have been greatly improved

which is beneficial to the ignition and combustion of pulverized coal.
