针对极端灾害引发配电网大规模停电、传统抢修模式效率低且资源受限问题,提出一种计及电动汽车时空不确定性的配电网灾后协同抢修恢复策略,引导随机分布的电动汽车主动参与抢修恢复。首先,基于泰森多边形(VD)法则划分受灾区域,并采用生成对抗网络(GAN)生成电动汽车起始位置集合,以刻画其灾后随机分布特性;其次,设计一种融合充电贡献度与经济效益的供电激励机制,以提高电动汽车用户的参与意愿;随后,联合抢修队伍与电动汽车资源,构建以最小化灾后配电网综合抢修恢复成本为目标的优化模型,实现故障最优抢修恢复;最后,以2023年台风“苏拉”影响后的广东省信宜市为例进行仿真验证,结果表明,所提策略可有效缩短抢修时间,提升抢修效率。
In response to large-scale power outages in distribution networks caused by extreme disasters, as well as the low efficiency and limited resources of traditional repair methods, a cooperative post-disaster repair and restoration strategy considering the spatiotemporal uncertainty of electric vehicles (EVs) is proposed to guide randomly distributed EVs to actively participate in the restoration process. First, the disaster-affected area is partitioned based on Voronoi Diagram (VD) principles, and a generative adversarial network (GAN) is used to generate the initial location sets of EVs to characterize their stochastic distribution after disasters. Second, a power supply incentive mechanism integrating charging contribution and economic benefits is designed to enhance EV owners' willingness to participate. Subsequently, repair crews and EV resources are coordinated to establish an optimization model aimed at minimizing the comprehensive post-disaster repair and restoration cost of the distribution network, thereby achieving optimal fault repair and power recovery. Finally, a simulation validation is conducted using Xinyi City, Guangdong Province, affected by Typhoon Saola in 2023 as an example. The results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can effectively shorten repair time and improve restoration efficiency.
