针对多微电网并网系统中的功率互济和新能源就地消纳问题,提出一种考虑共享储能租赁机制的2阶段优化运行策略,旨在提升系统能源效率与经济性。首先,构建含共享储能的多微电网系统框架。其次,第1阶段通过微电网间的功率互济,最小化净负荷波动和互济成本,第2阶段采用双层优化模型。上层共享储能运营商(SESO)根据供需关系与分时电价制定租赁价格,以最大化收益;下层多微电网系统则在此租赁价格下优化储能充放电计划与购售电策略,在满足电力需求的同时最小化运行成本。最后,仿真结果表明,该策略有效降低了多微电网系统的运行成本,并同步提升了共享储能服务的盈利能力。
To address power mutual support and local consumption of renewable energy in grid-connected multi-microgrid systems, this study proposes a two-stage optimized operation strategy incorporating a shared energy storage leasing mechanism, aiming to enhance energy efficiency and economic performance. First, a framework for a multi-microgrid system incorporating shared energy storage is constructed. Second, in the first stage, net load fluctuations and mutual support costs are minimized through power exchange among microgrids. In the second stage, a bi-level optimization model is adopted. The upper-level shared energy storage operator (SESO) determines energy storage leasing prices based on supply-demand relationships and time-of-use electricity pricing mechanisms to maximize revenue. The lower-level multi-microgrid system optimizes energy storage charging/discharging schedules and electricity purchase/sale strategies under these leasing prices, minimizing operational costs while satisfying power demand. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy effectively reduces the operational costs of the multi-microgrid system while simultaneously enhancing the profitability of shared energy storage services.
