In order to solve the problem of fragmented defense strategies and cascading failures in microgrid under the coupling of physical disturbances from extreme weather and cyber information attacks
a hybrid energy storage resilience cooperative defense mechanism against dual disturbances is proposed. A cyber-physical co-simulation model integrating probabilistic weather events and false data injection attacks is constructed to reproduce the spatio-temporal concurrency and evolution characteristics of double disturbances.A two-layer coordinated defense architecture is designed
and cyber-physical anomaly association rules are established to achieve rapid identification and isolation of potential attacks
as well as proactive adjustment of operation strategies. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can effectively suppress the fluctuation of bus voltage and frequency fluctuation index(FFI)under dual disturbances. Compared with the traditional independent defense strategies
the power loss time of key loads is shortened by 35 %
and the system resilience loss index is reduced by 28 %.Under successive composite disturbance
this mechanism can always maintain the state of charge of the hybrid energy storage in a safe range of[0.2
0.9]
and prevent the energy storage unit from being out of operation due to deep charge-discharge cycles. The research confirms that the proposed cyber-physical coordinated defense mechanism can significantly improve the survivability and rapid recovery level of microgrid under extreme composite operating conditions.
