Focusing on the construction sequence issues of power grid projects under the AC/DC hybrid interconnection pattern between the Western Inner Mongolia Power Grid and the North China Power Grid
this paper firstly determines the target grid structure of the UHV AC/DC hybrid interconnection system for the Inner Mongolia Power Grid and establishes a corresponding data model. Based on this model
multiple construction sequence schemes for UHV AC/DC systems are proposed. The safety and stability of the existing grid
target grid
and transitional grid are validated through time-domain simulation. For issues such as short-circuit current exceeding limits at certain substations and generator tripping following severe faults in the DC transmission channels during the transitional period
corresponding control measures are proposed. And a comparative analysis is conducted on various construction schemes from three aspects: power flow distribution
short- circuit current
and stability. Finally
based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)
a comprehensive evaluation system is constructed around five indicators: transmission capacity
power flow transfer
short-circuit current
transient stability
and dynamic stability. Through weight assignment
index quantification
and score calculation
the optimal ranking of the schemes is achieved
and the most favorable UHV AC/DC construction scheme for the Inner Mongolia Power Grid is determined.
