Aiming at solving the problems of solar full-spectrum beam splitting technology and methanol steam reforming in current photovoltaic photothermal system
a solar photovoltaic(PV)-methanol reforming integrated power generation system is proposed based on the full solar spectrum beam splitting technology. The system is based on a linear Fresnel concentrator
and the surface of the PV module is sprayed with a spectral beam splitter film for spectral splitting and utilization. The visible light part is used by PV cells to generate electricity
and the ultraviolet and infrared parts are reflected in the thermal reactor to decompose methanol and syngas preparation
which is then fed into the solid oxide fuel cell to generate electricity. Optical analysis shows that
when the spectral properties of the ideal beam splitter are determined
the optical efficiency of the system can reach 90.2%.Thermodynamic analysis results show that
the system has a certain role in the thermochemical decomposition of methanol and the preparation of syngas. When the solar beam splitting film is matched with the single crystal silicon photovoltaic
the highest net solar power generation efficiency(NSE) of the system can reach 27.71%
which is higher than that of the conventional solar concentrating heat-collecting methanol reforming system(26.5%). In addition
economic analysis shows that the levelized cost of electricity is 1.4 yuan/(kW·h) when the solar radiation receiving area is 100 m2.
