By simulating the selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) denitration process of a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler
the effects of reaction temperature
ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio
reducing agent atomization particle size and reducing agent injection speed on denitrification efficiency of the SNCR flue gas denitration system were studied. The results show that
in the reaction range of 800~1 000 ℃
with the increase of temperature and ammonia-nitrogen ratio
the denitration efficiency increases. Increasing the reducing agent atomization particle size and the injection speed has little effect on enhancing the denitration efficiency. By optimizing the SNCR denitraiton system and the operating parameters
the 300 MW CFB boiler achieves ultra-low NOx emissions at three typical loads
and the maximum denitrification efficiency reaches 74.2%.
