using high-temperature supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_2) as working medium to build a new Brayton cycle and establish a power system with ultra-high parameters
super high efficiency and compact structure shows good application prospects in such fields as coal-fired power generation
nuclear power generation
and solar thermal power generation. The corrosion resistance of metal pipes and components in high temperature S-CO_2 environment is one of the key issues in establishment of the new power system. In this paper
researches on the corrosion of candidate materials such as ferrite/martensitic
austenitic stainless steel and high-temperature nickel-based alloys in high-temperature S-CO_2 environment is reviewed. The oxidation-carbonation coupling mechanism in S-CO_2 environment is explored. The problems need to be solved urgently incorrosionin hightemperature S-CO_2 environment are put forward
and a method to reasonably inhibit carbonation corrosion is proposed
which points out the research direction and trend of high-temperature S-CO_2 corrosion.
