The integrated energy system can meet the diversified energy demands at high energy efficiency by coordinating and optimizing the operations between multiple energy flows of electricity
heat and gas. Aiming at the optimal capacity allocation problem of an electric-thermal coupling integrated energy system
a linear weighted double-objective component sizing model considering energy cost and pollution emission is developed
and the effects of weights on components sizing are analyzed. In addition
a case study of an office building is presented for the model validation. The optimal components sizing with different weight combinations is obtained
and the performance of the optimal capacity under a certain weight is analyzed. The results show that
the components capacity
energy cost per unit and pollution emission cost fluctuate with the change of weight ratio. The increase of the weight of energy cost will lead to the increase of the value of objective function
thus reducing the performance of the system. Moreover
the operation analysis shows that
selecting proper weight coefficient can reduce the unit energy price and pollutant emissions of the system
