归纳总结了水蓄热、固体蓄热和相变材料蓄热电锅炉供热的特点
并对水蓄热电锅炉供热技术展开了研究
提出了针对其供热系统的容量设计计算方法
并编制了一款专门计算软件。某项目实际工程应用表明
采用该蓄热电锅炉供热技术年净收益约为1 200万元
年消纳风(光)电量约为17 964.06万k W·h
年供热量约为854 245 GJ
节煤减排效果明显
市场潜力巨大
值得推广应用。
Abstract
Thermal storage electric boiler is also known as energy storage type electric boiler
which works depending on the peak-valley electricity price policy. It stores the valley electricity in form of heat energy with energy storage equipment
and releases during peak periods for external heating. According to the development and application status of energy storage electric boiler heating technology in China and abroad
this paper summarizes the heating characteristics of thermoelectric boiler with water
solid and phase change material
and studies the technology of water storage thermoelectric boiler heating in depth. Moreover
a new computing method is presented for design capacity of the system
and a specialized calculation software is compiled. The actual engineering application of a project shows that
the annual net income of using the thermal electric boiler heating technology is about 12 million yuan
the annual absorption of wind(solar) electricity is about 179.640 6 million kW·h
the annual heating load is about 854 245 GJ
and the coal saving and emission reduction effect is obvious. In a word
the technology suggested has huge market potential
