The stress on hydraulic turbinerunner blade is complex
and the fatigue crack often occurs
which will directly affect the unit output efficiency
even to the unit operation safety due to the damage of components. Thus
the stress on the hydraulic turbine runner blade is calculated by one-way fluid structure coupling analysis method. The static and dynamic models are established to identify the stress state and deformation condition of the turbine runner blade. The results show that
the maximum deformation area of the resonance region of the long and short blades is mostly in the middle of the water outlet
with the maximum deformation of [2.628 3
4.705 8] mm and [1.622 6
4.038 3] mm
respectively
which needs to be focused on during the crack repair
maintenance and design improvement of turbine blades.
