The on-line monitoring data of chlorine ion was taken as a key control parameter for power plant condensate polishing system
and the optimized operation test was carried out in combination with other water quality monitoring data to determine the possibility of mixed bed ammonium operation or partial ammonium operation. After the optimization
the water yield of the ultra-supercritical unit mixed bed in a certain power plant was increased by at least two times
and the operating cycle was at least 3.3 times of that of the hydrogen operation
which produced significant economic benefits
energy saving and emission reduction under the condition of ensuring the safe operation of the unit. This conclusion can provide a method for optimizing the operation of other(ultra) supercritical units
nuclear power plants
and subcritical units with condensate polishing devices.
