Abstract
As an advanced energy-saving technology of motor speed regulation
permanent magnet speed regulation has been widely used in industry
especially in the field of motor energy-saving in thermal power plant. In order to improve the energy-saving effect of the winding permanent magnet coupling governor
based on the analysis of its speed regulation and energy-saving principle
this paper uses the mathematical model to express the energy feedback system. Aiming at solving the problem that the conventional coupling governor can't deal with the speed regulation error caused by sudden change of load torque
this paper presents an application of uncertainty disturbance estimator(UDE). The method proposed in this paper is analyzed by Matlab/Simulink simulation
and the winding permanent magnet is verified by the actual speed regulation and energy saving transformation results of Jiangsu Jianbi Power Generation Co.
Ltd.. The results show that
when the torque is changed suddenly
the time from start to stability of the load motor is about 0.17 s
and the overshooting is very small. The winding permanent magnet coupling governor can effectively reduce the electricity consumption. After the transformation of permanent magnet coupling speed regulation
the power saving rate of the primary fan of the power plant is 47.45%
and the annual power saving of the primary fan is about 985 000 kW·h.
