Under depth peak load regulation operation condition of coal-fired boilers
the flame fullness of the boiler reduces
the combustion stability declines
and the boiler is prone to a series of problems such as instable hydrodynamic characteristics and uneven distribution of heat load. The temperature field distribution and the combustion state monitoring of furnace flame are of great significance to the safety and economy of the unit. This paper takes a deep peaking test of a supercritical 660 MW unit as an example
uses two-color spectroscopy method to measure the temperature field of the furnace flame and studies the influence of main operating parameters on the temperature field distribution of the burner nozzle. The results show that
this method can measure the temperature field of furnace flame timely and accurately
which is helpful to guide the refined combustion adjustment test under depth peak load regulation
and further enhance the depth peak shaving capacity of the boiler. Through this refined combustion adjustment test
the thermal efficiency of the boiler was maintained between 92% and 94% under low load operation conditions
the economical efficiency of the unit had no significant decrease
the safety
economy and environmental protection indicators of the unit were good
which can ensure high efficiency and low pollution combustion of the boiler.
