Taking the ultra-supercritical unit 660 MW unit as the research object
the influence of extraction pressure of No.0 high pressure heater(HP) on heat consumption rate of the steam turbine unit is analyzed. The calculation model is established by the EBSILON software platform
and the simulation data of heat consumption rate of the steam turbine unit at different extraction pressures(8~20 MPa) and loads when the feedwater temperature changes are studied by enumeration method. The results show that
the ranges of zero stage extraction pressure that can obtain the minimum heat consumption rate of the steam turbine unit at different loads are different
but are all between 10.41~16.01 MPa. The ranges of zero stage extraction pressures that can obtain the highest profit of weighted heat consumption rate at different weighted load rates are also different
but are all between 11.08~15.02 MPa. By combining the range of extraction pressure which can obtain the maximum profit of heat consumption rate and weighted heat consumption rate of the steam turbine unit
the extraction pressure of No.0 HP should be selected from the range of 11.08~15.02 MPa. The result has some guiding significance for ultra-supercritical 660 MW units
but further optimization and research are needed for different units.
