The primary frequency modulation parameters of high power units are the key factors that influence dynamic stability of self-frequency modulation and keep the power grid frequency stable. The primary frequency modulation standard of the national power grid
the necessary energy balance conditions for the stability of the power grid and the necessary conditions for the stability of the units are set as the constraints
and then the optimization model is established by using the total coal consumption and the minimum total pollution emissions as objective functions. Twelve units are selected and the simulation tests are carried out based on their actual operation data. The results show that
this algorithm can ensure the units finish the primary frequency modulation tasks quickly with the best economy. For the deep peak load regulation units
it is necessary to break the constraint of the primary frequency modulation standard of the power grid properly to set the units. This method has important reference value for the inequality rate of optimization speed of the power grid system and the guarantee of the rapidity and economy of the frequency modulation of the power grid.
