摘要

以大唐某电厂百万兆瓦机组新型自动加氧设备为例

介绍了自动加氧技术的应用以及新型加氧设备改造的优势和必要性。通过MATLAB软件加氧仿真平台测试验证了新型加氧设备的可行性。新型加氧设备投运后

实现了给水和凝结水加氧的自动控制

将给水溶氧值控制在(20±3)?g/L

凝结水溶氧值控制在(50±5)?g/L范围内。新型加氧设备通过增加自主研发的流量控制器及使用串级PI-P+前馈的控制算法

提高了加氧设备运行的可靠性

也提升了汽水品质的稳定性。

Abstract

Taking a new type of automatic oxygenation equipment in a million kilowatts unit in Datang Group as an example

this paper introduces the application of automatic oxygenation technology and the advantages and necessity of the new type of oxygenation equipment.The feasibility of the oxygenation equipment was verified after the simulation test on MATLAB software. After the new automatic oxygenation equipment was put into service

the automatic control of oxygenation of feedwater and condensate water was realized. The dissolved oxygen content in feedwater was controlled at(20±3) μg/L

and that in condensate water was controlled at(50±5) μg/L. By increasing the number of flow controller and applying the cascade PI-P+feedforward control algorithm

the operation reliability of the oxygenation equipment was improved

and the steam and water quality became more stable.
