To comprehensively understand the domestic and imported 10Cr rotor steels
the chemical compositions and mechanical properties are tested in this study
and the fracture toughness(KIC) is also tested at room temperature and high temperature(600 ℃) using compact tensile specimens. Meanwhile
the relationship among the fracture toughness
impact absorbed energy(KV_2) and ductile-brittle transition temperature(FATT50)of the domestic and imported 10Cr rotor steels are analyzed. The results show that the content of P
Si
Cu and Sn in the domestic 10Cr rotor steel is slightly higher than that in the imported 10Cr rotor steel. The microstructure observes that the domestic 10Cr rotor steel has more granular Nb phase with a grain size of 600~700 nm. The domestic and imported 10Cr rotor steels have similar tensile strengths. However
the KV2 of the domestic 10Cr rotor steel at room temperature is obviously lower than that of the imported 10Cr rotor steel
and the high-temperature elongation of the domestic 10Cr rotor steel is slightly lower than that of the imported 10Cr rotor steel. Compared with the imported 10Cr rotor steel
