提出对应措施
并指出油中含气量指标对保证变压器绝缘性能和设备密封及防止油品老化的重要性。
Abstract
The gas content in transformer oil is an important indicator to ensure the safe operation of transmission equipment. When the content of the ultra-high voltage and large-capacity transformer oil exceeds the standard value
it can accelerate the aging of the oil and insulation materials. In severe cases
it can cause breakdown and affect the safe operation of the equipment. In this study
based on the study of dissolved gas components and characteristics in the oil
with reference to relevant domestic and foreign standards and manufacturer's regulations
the gas content of 336 sets of transformers in 330 kV and above grades of a certain group power generation enterprises is investigated. The reasons of excessive gas content are analyzed and the corresponding measures are put forward. And the significance of the gas content indicator in the oil to ensure the insulation performance of the transformer
