The basic experimental research on the natural evaporation of desulfurization wastewater is carried out under the conditions of natural conditions(wind velocity 0~7 m/s
temperature 0~50 ℃
humidity 15%~95%) by the method of weight loss
scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater is 0.000 3~0.214 3 g/(h·cm~2). The effect of environment on the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater is similar to the effect of water. The higher temperature
the greater wind velocity
the lower humidity
the greater evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater and the effect of temperature is the most prominent. The presence of ions in liquid phase decreases the evaporation rate. And the difference of ions species has a slight effect on the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater
but the difference is small. In the experiment
the concentration and volume fraction of desulfurization wastewater affected its evaporation rate faintly. When the pH values of desulfurization wastewater are 1
12 or 7.5~8.5
the evaporation rate has three peaks. When the pH value is adjusted to 7.5~8.5
the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater reaches its maximum.
