摘要

邯郸热电厂气力除灰系统在运行中存在出力不足、堵管、管道磨损、用气量大、落灰不畅等问题

对此

提出了增加仓泵容积、改进气灰混合方式、更换磨损弯头、降低输灰速度及空气系统增容改造等措施

实施后基本解决了上述问题

保证了系统运行的稳定性。

Abstract

The problems existing in operation of pneumatic ash handling system in Handan Thermal Power Plant are as follows:insufficient output capacity

clogging in pipe

worn-out of pipelines

large amout of used air

and inadequate ash-dropping etc..For these

some measures

such as increasing the capacity of depository pump

improving mixing mode of air and ash

replacing the worn-out elbows

decreasing the speed of ash handling

and retrofitting the air system to increase the capacity etc.

have been put forward.After implementation

the above-mentined problems have basically been solved

ensuring the stability in operation of said system.
