Directing against problems in starting-up CFB boilers

such as over-large oil consumption

and the time of starting-up can't be properly controlled etc.

the characteristics in starting-up DG410/9.81-9 type CFB boiler have been analysed by using SPSS software

obtaining the relational expression of oil-gun output

air flow rate

and bed pressure affecting the temperature rise rate of bed layer

as well as the relational expresion between the particle size of bed materials and the starting-up time.By using these relational expressions

the parameters in starting-up CFB boiler can be adjusted

to reach the purpose of decreasing oil injecting amount

and controlling accurately the starting-up time.
