Directing against the operation state of bag type dust collector in the field

the flow field in the dust collector

the distribution of stream lines

and the tracks of particles

etc.before and after retrofitting have been obtained.After retrofitting

the gas flow distribution

the amount of flue gas treated in each part

and the distribution of particles all are more uniform

decreasing the variation of gas flow velocity

making every part in the dust collector to play good role in dust collection

weakening effectively wornout of the bags

enhancing the efficiency of dust collection and the stability in operation.
