摘要

应用Fluent数值模拟计算软件对韶关发电厂300 MW机组W型火焰锅炉的二次风道进行了计算分析。通过对二次风道的4个工况的模拟计算

找出前后墙风量偏差的原因

提出二次风道结构改造方案

改造后可使前后墙风量分配合理

锅炉燃烧工况得到优化。

Abstract

The secondary air duct for W-shaped flame boiler of 300 MW unit in Shaoguan Power Plant has been calculated and analysed by using Fluent numerical simulation and computational software.Through simulation and computation under four operating conditions of the secondary air duct

the causes leading to deviation of air flow rate on the front and back wall have been found

and retrofit scheme of secondary air duct structure being put forward.After retrofitting

the air flow rate on the front and back wall is reasonably distributed

optimizing the combustion performance in the furnace.
