摘要

针对300 MW汽轮发电机组滑参数停运后

锅炉抽真空干燥防腐及汽轮机进行快速冷却过程中存在的故障

提出加装一个锅炉抽真空旁路

以满足锅炉单独抽真空的需要

并便利停机后的设备停运及汽轮机快速冷却的投入。分析了改进方案的经济性

并对某电厂6号机组进行了实际改进

效果良好。

Abstract

Directing against troubles existing in the corrosion-preventing process by drying the boiler through vacuum exraction and in the rapid cooling process of steam turbine after sliding parameter shutdown of the 300 MW turbo-generater set

a scheme of additionally installing a vacuum extracting by-pass for the boiler has been put forward

satisfying the demand of separate vacuum extraction for the boiler

facilitating shutdown of other equipments after boiler's shutdown and putting the rapid cooling system of steam turbine into service

and the economic efficiency of said improvement scheme being also analysed.
