Troubles of warming drain pumps in the warming drain system of boiler no.1 and boiler no.2 for units in the first-phase project of Guodian Anshun Power Plant have frequently occurred

affecting normal operation of the system.A retrofit of the warming drain system has been carried out

eliminating the warming drain pump

and the warming drain being directly fed into the condenser. Utilizing the warming drain pump of boiler no.2

a furnace bottom heating system for boiler no.2 has been designed and additionally installed

shortening the time used for cold-state start-up of boiler no.2

decreasing oil consumption in the start-up.
