Directing against features of formation reaction for high-temperature sulphur-fixing phase sulphocalciumaluminate
as well as the situation of the test data to be related to "small-size sample and poor information"
a grey corelation analysis for said formation reaction has been carried out. Results show that the main factors affecting the formation of sulphocalciumaluminate to be concentration of O2 in the combustion environment
and next is the reaction time
while the influence of reaction temperature is relatively smaller. A prediction model has been established by using verhulst model to predict the sulphur emission along with time change during the formation process of sulphocalciumaluminate under high-temperature
and simulation of the test being carried out. Compared with the measured results
the simulation effectiveness of the established model is better.
