摘要

针对某电厂2号汽轮机A级大修时GH4145/SQ螺栓钢硬度偏高问题

对中压调整门螺栓、中压主汽门螺栓、中压主汽门库存螺栓各1根进行了试验

结果表明各螺栓硬度越高冲击韧性越低。指出了螺栓金相组织中存在的问题及对力学性能的影响

建议使用单位加强监督

以保证螺栓的使用安全。

Abstract

Directing against the problem of higher hardness of GH 4145/SQ bolt steel discovered at time of A-grade major repair for steam turbine no.2 in one power plant

tests have been carried out for one bolt of medium pressure governing valve

one bolt of medium pressure main steam valve

and one stock bolt of medium pressure main steam valve.Results show the higher hardness of each bolt

the lower impact ductility of it.At the same time

the influence of problems existing in metallurgical organization upon the mechanical performance has been pointed out.It is recommended that the users should strengthen supervision

so as to ensure the safety of bolts in operation.
