摘要

自2001年以来

邹县发电厂3号、4号机组凝汽器多次发生泄漏

为此在机组运行中成功地实施了凝汽器半边隔离查漏

为300 MW汽轮机凝汽器积累了一套较为完善的隔离查漏操作方法。

Abstract

The leakage problem of condensers at home has not yet completely and thoroughly solved at present.Along with the lengthening condenser’s operation duration

the said problem becomes increasingly conspicuous

especially for condensers of the old units being put into operation from 1970s and 1980s

having backward design

complicated systems

deterorated equipments

and frequent leakages

seriously affecting safe and economic operation of the units.Starting from 2001

the condensers of unit no.3 and no.4 in Zhouxian Power Plant have occurred leakage of many times.For this reason

leakage-shooting by isolating half condenser in operation of unit has been successfully realized

accumulating a set of comparatively perfect operation method for isolating half condenser.
